svc today was good. so was ss. topics were relevant. we have been doing the bk of romans since the start of the year and we were at chpt 12 (v9-v21) today. talked abt the qualities of a godly character, attitudes of a godly character and the responses of a godly character. one of them was to love your enemies. it really is hard to love someone if u know he or she did smth wrong to you and is forever picking on you. but the example siew li gave was a very good one. just like how all of us are sinners, filthy and full of sin, God still sent Jesus to die for our sins. thot this was worth sharing. so whenever u find it hard to love your enemies, think twice. rem this. u, as a sinner, were once God's enemy for He hates sin. but He still sent His only Son to die for your sins.

started on a new series of msgs today for svc. on the second coming of Christ. thot it was really relevant since the day is drawing nearer and nearer. as what rev wong said, how glorious that day will be when we see Jesus face to face. He'll come in the twinkling of an eye, appearing in the sky. first, all born again Christians who died in Christ will be resurrected and will meet Him in the clouds. as for those Christians still alive when He comes, we will all be raptured. meaning, we'll be caught up in the clouds, leaving all our worldly things behind. those who are non-believers however, will be left behind. there is so much more to the end times than just the rapture. there will be seven years of tribulation, the rise of the antichrist, satan being bound for a thousand years, etc. and all these are going to happen. it's for real. for those who wanna know more on the end times, i strongly recommend the 'left behind' series. tho i havent finished the whole series yet, many have told me that it really is good. reading the bk of revelation will also help. so, to friends out there still outside Christ, come to Him. He can save you from your sins and when He comes again, you'll meet Him in the clouds. you wont be left behind.

hmms. quite long eh? dunno why but everything today has such a great impact to me. so thot id share it. heh. looking forward to next week's msg: "What if Christ comes today?" will we be prepared? or will we be caught off guard? but, i do hope that day comes soon. and im sure it will, given the current state of the world. and all these are recorded in the bible.

okays. getting worried now. how will i fare for prelims? janice got 14. that smart gurl! and some smarter gurl frm rg named jade got 7. ahhhhh!! jade, why are u so smart?! sigh. lysa and shu didnt do quite well. these guys are my bestest buds so no matter wad, i'll always stand by you guys k! say, if i dont do well too we cld go to ngee ann poly and do the same course on early childhood devt. yay.
