mid-years are over. and so will my life be when the papers get back to me. im like so dead. i screwed up in like almost every paper. seriously, i dont think i'll do exceptionally well this time. hope this spurs me on to work extra hard for promos. but i really want to thank God for seeing me through the 3days of exams. minimal sleep and yet i was able to concentrate during the exam and do the papers (though not well done). lynette and lysa were really nice too! the sms-es they sent to me were great encouragements :) just to share two verses that i particularly liked and which kept me going.

Isaiah 26:3 "Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee"
Matthew 21:22 "And whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive"

alrights. enough of midyrs. so depressing. on a lighter note, went out with the girls to watch war of the worlds. wow. that movie's really nice. would recommend it to all to watch. steven spielberg's a superb moviemaker man. everything was like so real during the movie. yeah. so real that i was freaked out and scared. jiahui and i were like hiding behind our jackets. lol. our heart were also beating at an exceptionally fast rate and our legs were kinda jelly after the movie. heh. this shows that i have a weak heart and am not cut out for any form of horror whatsoever. walked a little arnd town with them too. and we're planning a shopping trip next week! haha cos we dont have lessons for like one week from now. cool eh? cos midyrs are still going on, but we're done alr! :)

okays. church camp. ahhhh. how i miss those days at awana. the weather was fantabulous, the msges were precise and to the point, the fellowship was warm and i had so much fun. really enjoyed this camp and i look forward to the next one! though it's like alvls next year, darrenn said that "we j1s must make it a point to go for church camp next year". heh. and i think i will.

just to give a brief summary of the camp. we took a train to kl before changing to a coach to awana. trust me, the train ride was fun but LONG. it took us 7 hours! studied a little on board but most of the time was spent playing uno. haha. well, had two msges everyday; one in the morning and another at night. then, yfers had dorm devotion after the last msg. good time of fellowship i would say:) went swimming on one of the days and went shopping at genting on another. heh. lysa and deborah bought shoes that were really cheap and pretty:)

that was basically what happened during the camp. was indeed a full five days of spiritual retreat and fellowship with lifers. played with alot of little kids too. heh. they're really cute! oh wells. that's just so me to play with kids. there is so much i have to say abt church camp, but if i were to type out everything, it'll take forever. so, if u do wanna know more, ask me! :)

okays. as i said, i have a week's worth of break from school. with so much time at hand now, i dont know what to do. oh wait. i do have smth to do. argh. gp hmk that was totally untouched during the holidays. sigh. i see myself cutting newspaper articles and writing reflections for the next few days. what a sad post exam life :(
