it's been three weeks since i started school :D everything's been quite okay so far, thankfully! but i must say that uni life is SO SO different from jc and it took me awhile to adapt. i think im still trying to adapt cos i just cant seem to study for long! it's like my attention span is cut down to half or sth. goodness me. i need to start studying hard alrdy! it's so crazy cos everytime i go to the library to study and do my readings, i always see lots of people studying as though final exams were in the next week :S madness i tell you!

but in any case, im happy i chose the modules that im doing now cos they're so much fun! (: english has been really interesting and i got my lecturer as my tutor. cool stuff heh :D soci has been wayyy too FUN cos my lecturer is always going out of point by telling us stories and all. haha. seasian studies is better than i thought cos the whole team of lecturers and tutors are just so cool and exciting! econs has been rather mad cos i have a pretty boring lecturer but i still love econs so yay :) haha. food security and safety has been quite okay too but the new lecturer is not very nice and im not looking fwd to her lessons :( ohwells. so yes, those are the mods im taking this sem! :D

rahhs. but it's been really stressful. it's all abt independence in uni it's so scary. and really, ppl are studying as tho the exams were next week it's stressing me out like mad :( it's so hard to keep up with readings and tutorials! it's been really long since i last studied (read: 8 months). such a study hazard!

so yea. that's uni life for you. it's stressful yet at the same time, pretty fun as well. haha. tho i still miss jc quite abit! speaking of that, i wanted to visit ny teachers today! but didnt, eventually. heh.

anw anw. went to the airport to send xinhui off today :( rahh. i dont like farewells. but im sure she'll do well over there! all the best my dear! :D we shall all start saving money so we can go visit you next year or sth! and yayness. i really had a lot of fun with the clique on wed :D food was great, company was better! we shld do this more often. on a side note, riciotti's dessert is fantabulous! (:
