heyy all! this is slightly late, but blessed new year nonetheless! :)

heh. the past month has been busy busy busy for me even after the exams. what with camp prep, camp, christmas prep and christmas, yf/yaf anniv and all. but they're all over! slightly missing the camp days tho. camp was really a good time of fellowship and learning from God's Word albeit being busy and stressed cos of food matters. yupp. lots of funny videos and photos this time round! also got to know ppl better through service in the camp comm and im grateful for that :)

was christmas after that. baked cookies this time round for the church peeps (: the usual happened after christmas eve svc in church - ppl were running everywhere wishing ppl and passing presents and cards! was a very heartwarming sight, tho it happens every year. love the spirit of christmas (: but yes, we must remember the reason behind the season! and that is cos Christ came down to earth many years ago, to save us from our sins. indeed, christmas isnt chrismas till it happens in your heart :)

the last day of 2007 was spent largely at sheryl's place preparing food and other stuff for yf/yaf anniv. our apple pie was successful! yay :D haha. and cos we had so many things to do, we ended up rushing. mad rush i tell you. then had yf/yaf thanksgiving anniv. glad that the video montage turned out okay! watchnight svc was after that. thought the msg was really good and it made me reflect on the year that had passed and how i had spent my time.

Psa 90:12 So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom.

so that is my prayer for the new year, that i will make every day count for the Lord!

anw. i was in shock after the svc ended at how fast the year had been and how we're alrdy entering in the new year. i mean, yes. the year did fly by really quickly! pretty scared abt the new year, honestly. have this feeling that many things will happen and like what sheryl said, it's gonna be a whole year of uni. but thank God for the assurance that He will never leave or forsake us, and that His grace is always sufficient. cant rem the exact words of the last hymn we sang, but it did give me a whole lot of courage abt entering into the new year :)

yupp. so that was basically the last month of 2007 for me. got my results back too, am contented :D will aim to study harder and improve my CAP no matter how hard it seems. school's starting in abt two weeks! how fast eh. alrighty, gg off now. till the next time! (:
